Sport Operations

Description:
The purpose of this course is expose students to the interworking of operations of sport organizations including risk, facility, and event management. Students will learn about the various procedures, protocols, and best practices for effectively organizing and managing sport events and facilities. Key topics of the course will include risk management, event planning process, budgeting, staffing, communications, and evaluation processes.
