This undergraduate Sales Management course introduces students to the principles and practices of managing a modern sales organization. Students will learn how to design sales strategies, build and lead high-performing sales teams, and manage customer relationships across the sales lifecycle. The course covers key topics such as sales forecasting, territory planning, compensation design, and performance analytics. Through case studies and applied projects, students will develop practical skills in communication, presenting, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to contribute to sales leadership roles in a variety of industries. Finally, students will learn how to sell doing real-world sales outreach and role playing.
