Integrative Physiology

Description:
This course provides the learner with an understanding of the integration between the different body systems that control how the human body functions. Concepts covered include structure and function of the nervous system, circulatory system, respiratory system, and muscular system, and how these systems interact when the body responds to different physiological situations. These concepts are addressed in situations including changes in posture, temperature, altitude, and physical activity.
