Description:
This course provides students with training in cutting-edge digital research methods to use text-mining as a powerful social listening and analytic tool. Through case studies, individual assignments, and group projects, students will gain both conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in extracting meaningful insights from digital platforms, including social media, and developing effective communication strategies to engage diverse audiences through data-driven storytelling, an essential skill for contemporary communication professionals.
